About me

My name is Candace

I am a Health Coach and Biokineticist, with a PhD in Sport Science. My life's passion revolves around health and wellness, particularly in the context of empowering women to take ownership of their own health and wellness.

My personal health journey started in 2007 when I found myself consistently falling ill, resulting in eight rounds of antibiotics in a single year. Unfortunately, no physician paid heed to the recurring infections, prompting me to embark on a quest for alternative solutions to heal my body. In 2011, I discovered a holistic medical practitioner who taught me on the concept of taking ownership of one's health and healing the body, naturally.

 

Over the last 15 years, I've diligently applied these lessons, continuously advancing my knowledge through ongoing education. This journey eventually led me to attain my health coaching diploma. My fascination with the human body, coupled with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, has empowered me to pursue a path I am truly passionate about and that is empowering women to assume control over their health and wellness through the implementation of small, sustainable lifestyle changes within their capacity. I am also a mom of three busy kids, and I know the value of raising healthy and resilient children, but it starts with the home organiser and the one person that you usually gets neglected within the family. My motto is "put on your own oxygen mask first."

 

That is why, I support busy, overwhelmed moms and dads who would like to transform their health, achieve sustainable weight loss, and rediscover the joy in everyday life.
